Tory lead cut to 13%

Labour is now on 28%, up three points since a month ago, while the Conservatives are on 41%, down 4 points - according to the latest Populus poll. Libdems are on 19%.

Is that how low it’s got for Labour that we 28% is seen as good news?!?

Fingers crossed for a defeat in Glasgow followed by a new PM followed by a Tory defeat in 2010… otherwise it will be 15 years of Tory ruin.
